Privacy policy

This page explains what SolutionWeb OÜ does with the information you give it on this site. It is written to be read, without referring you to a twenty-page document.

Who is responsible for the processing

What we collect, and why

The site only collects data when you fill in the contact form: your name, your e-mail address, your company name if you give it, the project type and the message you write. This information is used to answer you and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (article 6.1.b of the GDPR).

The form includes a protection against robots that only reads the time the page was displayed and a field left empty. No data is sent to a third-party service for this protection.

What we do not do

• No cookie is set, no audience measurement or advertising tool is loaded.
• Your data is neither sold, nor transferred, nor used to send you messages you did not ask for.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; your browser then sends its IP address to Google to fetch them. You can block this loading without losing access to the site.

Who has access

Form messages arrive by e-mail in the info@solutionweb.io mailbox and are read only by the people at SolutionWeb OÜ in charge of answering you. The site server, hosted by IONOS SE, keeps technical logs (IP address, requested page, date) for the period set by the host, for security purposes.

For how long

Exchanges related to a quote request are kept for three years after the last contact, then deleted. If the request leads to a contract, the information needed for its performance and for accounting is kept for the legal period applicable in Estonia (seven years for accounting documents).

Your rights

You can ask for access to the data concerning you, its rectification, its erasure, the restriction of its processing, or object to this processing, by writing to info@solutionweb.io. We answer within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Estonian supervisory authority, the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (aki.ee), or the authority of your country of residence.
